Telephone Banking

Telephone Banking

For those who are constantly on the move or living and working abroad, the telephone is one of the most convenient ways of keeping up to date with personal financial matters. We realise that not all our customers have reliable and constant access to the internet to carry out banking transactions. Alternatively you may just want to use telephone banking for a more personal service through our Relationship Banking Team. Whatever your circumstances, that's why we provide a Telephone Banking service.

How Telephone Banking works

As a new customers you can request Telephone Banking when you apply to open an account. Existing customers can have access to our Telephone Banking service by completing the Telephone Banking mandate, which is available to download below. Through the service you can provide us with account information to carry out your banking requests over the phone. Payments can be made to up to 5 pre-designated accounts via telephone instruction.
The Telephone Banking service is available Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00 UK local time excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • Dedicated relationship team to deal with enquiries, not call centres
  • You can make regular payments to your designated accounts by telephone without the need to complete forms
